Stable version 0.4.1 is out

I have just finished up the download package for version 0.4.1. This verison should display correctly in Firefox 1.5, Internet explorer 6 and 7.

Downloads are avaible via sourceforge.

Here is the change log:

* Completely changed the template system to use smarty templates
* Re-wrote most of the code.
* Changed the default site style
* Added better language support
* Rewrote the installer to be more user friendly
* Added the ability to:
   - Edit the menu
   - Edit the emails sent
   - Create users without the ability to send email
   - Make public polls, screenshots, files, events, etc.
   - Add images to ranks, events, files
* Site chat works and public guests can chat too.
* Users profile image is now included in a news post.
* You can now see how many people are logged into the website.
